Brief history of the co.
Iran aluminum industry co. was established in 1967 in area of 1500 sqm located in west part of Tehran. Iran aluminum industry co. is aleading manufacturer of aluminum profiles, door, windows and curtain wall as well as decorative fixture in various colors and thickness. In 1997 our co. moved tone location in south of Tehran with 18500 sum area from which 4000 sqm covered for the plant activate along with company new and advance equipments with production of 3500 ton per year Now the complex comprises various plants as per following.
 
A: Extrusion and handling

We have 3 extrusion presses (2200,1600 and 1000 ton)

With puller machine and automatic table for consistent quality and high production. Our quality control staff continuously check the production quality to encure the required standards.

After extrusion the profiles are cut to length and transferred to our aging oven for hardening and stres trelief and there after to anodizing or powder coating section.
 

B: anodizing and electro coloring

During the electrochmical process we utilize special computers to monitor production and the thickness of the anodized layer, we also use special chemical to improve performance and we offer a wide range of permanent colors. The whole system is supported by high trained technician and full equiped laboratory and is regulated by rigorous quality control procedures.

Our anodizing machinery can easily anodize any type of profile up to 6070 meter and up to 20 mieronss thickness in natural or elecrolyte color such as bronze,brown,black and or even artifical colors such as  blue, violet etc.with capacity of 3000 ton per year.

 

C: powder coating

Our powder coating plant is capable for delivery of 2000 tons of coated aluminum or other than aluminum components in more than 30 diff.color with thichness of 60 to 90 microns and upon request of customer up to 100.

 

 
 

D: specification of our door, windows as well as curtain walls

A: resistance against air dust penetration

B: vibration proff againts wind

C: convertible from one side class to duble side calss to protect wave, sound and heat.

D: lightness due to not use of round bar or any other heavy materials.

 

E: technical lab

All the equipments of our technical laboratory is purchased according to internatonal standatrds and required testes which is carried out on mill finish and anodized profiles based on international standards such as ( hardness of mill finish profiles, thickness of powder coated paints-stress relief etc.)
